He has a career spanning over 30 years in capital markets technology, working with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Reuters and a number of hedge funds. He founded, and grew a technology company specialising in financial technology, based in the north of England serving customers around the world. More recently in a product role in blockchain technology. He is passionate about decentralised organisations, remote working, and has a strong interest in governance of blockchains incorporating both tokenomics and the human element.
