Niki Cotton is a Welsh artist who references the pop culture and music of the 80’s & 90’s, where she grew up, whilst taking in the rebellious nature of Punk and the brashness of Americana. Think work that alludes to shoulder pads, neon tubing & bright fluorescent colours exploding around you in a cacophony of form.
Niki has recently completed (September 2021) her Masters Degree in Fine Art and is currently collaborating with Alice Grist on a 78 image tarot deck that is being published by Welbeck at the end of 2022. She has exhibited in places as as far flung to each other as Llandudno, Liverpool, London and currently Kyoto. Niki has also collaborated with many artists over recent years, including Stuart Semple and his art materials project, that included The Blackest Black
